Pick the bar you are counting. Every count you submit goes to this bar until you change it.
Set how many 750ml bottles each bar starts the event with. Pick a bar, set its amounts, pick the next bar, then save once for all of them. Supervisors count down from these, and the red/yellow/green status is measured against them.
Add BarStock to the Home Screen so it has the lime icon and can send lock-screen alerts. If you already added it, delete the old icon first and add it again.

Get a ping when a bar goes critical or someone requests a restock. On iPhone this only works after you open the Home Screen app.
Each person signs in with their name and code. Tap the bars they work so they only see those bars when counting. Leave none selected for someone who floats between every bar.
Clears every count, starting amount and restock request so the next event starts empty. People, codes and alert settings stay.
